One-Piece Band

One-Piece Duraband Heater

For usage where band
heaters can be slipped
over the end of
the cylinder

Two-Piece Band

Two-Piece Duraband Heater

Provides built-in hinge for
usage on large cylinders or
where heater cannot be
slipped over the end of
the cylinder

One-Piece
Expandable Band

One-Piece Expandable Duraband Heater

For usage where a one-piece band heater would have to
be expanded to fit over the
barrel during installation.

Holes and Cut-Outs

Duraband Heater with Holes and Cut-Outs

Required for clearance of thermocouple probes
or holding bolts

Hinged Two-Piece
Band

Hinged Tw-Piece Duraband heater

Connected with a continuous hinge
for easy installation and removal

Thermocouple Options

Duraband Heaters with thermocouple options

Thermocouple Bayonet Adaptor and Thermocouple Coupling are optional on Duraband Heaters

Duraband Partial Coverage Heaters:
Required when holes and cutouts will not allow the heater to sufficiently clear the machine obstructions.

Two-Piece with
Built-In Bracket

Partial Coverage Duraband with Built-In Bracket

The heater is screwed down to the cylinder
at the ends and the built-in Low Thermal
Expansion Strap pulls the heater tightly
against the cylinder being heated.

One-Piece with Two-Piece
Separate Strap

Partial Coverage Duraband with Separate Strap

The two-piece strap is screwed down at
the padded ends, allowing the heater to
float between the pads. Tightening the
strap will pull the heater against the
cylinder being heated.
