Universal Mounting
The housing has been designed to work with any industry standard mounting clamps. This allows the Universal 2000® to be dropped into existing systems regardless of make or application. Each housing is supplied with fixed and/or sliding 3/8-16 hex bolts and hardware. The top of the extrusion has a machined entrance slot for easy installation of the bolts. The 1/2" NPT holes at the ends of the unit will accept 1/2" threaded pipe for mounting and/or wiring of the unit.
Incoloy Element(s)
High Temperature Incoloy® 840 sheath with Mica insulated #10 Ni plated flag screw terminals. All bends are factory repressed to insure full compaction of the refractory, thereby extending heater life. Stainless steel bus bars at both ends in dual element TRH2 Series units are supplied. 
Anodized Extruded Aluminum Housing
High strength rigid aluminum extrusion alloy with uniform anodized finish. External slots and circular grooves are provided on the sides for heat shields or connection between units.
Stainless Steel Wiring Compartments
3 piece wiring housings of 18-20 GA material on standard NEMA 1 units. Rugged construction of unit with permanent attachment of all housing parts with hex head slotted hardware.
